Frequently Asked Questions
Adjustable Bed A500
An adjustable bed, like the name suggests, is a bed that can be adjusted according to the user’s requirement. In A500, there is an option to adjust the head and foot sections of the bed. There is also an additional motor to support the neck.
This bed is intended for in-house use only and should not be used as a hospital bed.
All our mattresses are compatible with our adjustable beds. In case you want to use a different mattress, please contact your mattress manufacturer to find out the compatibility.
Adjustable beds have a lot of benefits. Depending upon your lifestyle, you might be experiencing back aches, acid refluxes, leg pains and sleep apnea. Scientists have found that adjustable beds can provide relief for anyone experiencing the above conditions. Adjustable beds can also reduce snoring by opening the airways when you elevate the head portion of the bed. The Zero gravity position relieves stress on your spine and the massage can promote blood circulation.
A500 adjustable bed comes with wall-hugger technology which helps the bed stay in place no matter what angle you elevate the head position to. This way you are always within a hands reach to your bed side belongings.
We offer 5 year warranty on the frame. All the electrical components including the motor and remote comes with a 15 month warranty.
When you adjust your bed, the motion is smooth and slow; therefore avoiding any jerks to your body. Even when you choose a preset position, the motors rise up or go down slowly, so that you don’t feel a sudden change when you are lying on the bed.
The included bed legs can be adjusted for 3 different heights, to make it the most comfortable space for you. Beds with slightly longer legs help the room to look spacious, while beds with short legs give a luxurious feel to your bedroom. Our bed legs are made of superior quality that do not scratch the floor, and can bear up to 250 kgs in weight.
We currently offer single and Queen sizes. King size is coming soon. Newer Split King model is also coming soon which will let you and your partner control the bed with individual remotes.
We have engineered a bed frame that needs minimal maintenance while providing maximum comfort. The moving parts of the bed do not need any kind of lubrication. The motors are permanently sealed and require no maintenance. However, there are a few things you need to take care of:
- Do not sit on the corners of the bed when it is in a raised position, as it may not be able to hold your entire weight.
- For optimal performance, get on or off the bed in FLAT position. You should adjust the position of the bed once you are on it.
- For optimal performance, do not adjust the bed for more than 2 minutes straight as this will reduce the life of the motors. 2 minutes should be more than adequate to get into any desired position.

100% Natural Latex Mattress
Latex is formed from the sap of rubber trees, and the processing does not involve any chemicals. The extraction of the sap does not harm the trees, in fact it promotes the forestation for more rubber trees. These are the basic steps involved in creating the Dunlop latex we use in our mattresses:
- The liquid extracted from the rubber tree sap is whipped into a foam. This is how the latex eventually has pinhole pockets for ventilation
- The froth is transferred to a mould and baked till solid
- The material is baked in a vulcanization oven. The baking temperature and time is tweaked based on the required density
- Once baked, it is washed and then baked again to remove any excess moisture
- The result looks identical to a pound cake.
The top fabric layer avoids direct contact with the latex, but if you are highly allergic to latex a doctor’s consultation is recommended before purchasing the product.
Yes, it is completely safe to use by everyone. The natural latex is hypoallergic, provides great support to the back, and is well ventilated. The mattress feels spring but not bouncy. Eventual wear and tear is expected over the years, which is why we recommend changing the mattress after 8-9 years.
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is recognized as the world's leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibers. All textiles that are evaluated to have at least 70 percent organic fiber can received the GOTS certification.
GOLS stands for Global Organic Latex Standard. It is a certificate associated with the Control Union that specifically focuses on latex products, evaluating farming and manufacturing practices, as well as the organic nature of the raw material.
Pocket Spring Mattress with Latex
Pocket springs are steel coils that are individually wrapped in a fabric. This helps to prevent the coils from moving together when pressure is applied, and hence reduces the motion transfer. This also helps in correctly supporting different zones of your body, depending on your weight and sleeping posture.
A traditional mattress has interconnected coils, scientifically known as the Bonnell Springs. These are bouncier, but also lack the motion transference property of a pocket spring mattress. It also provides lesser support to your back and hips, and eventually causes creaky sounds because of friction between the coils. Our Sleep experts recommend choosing mattresses with pocket springs for durability and better support.
Latex is a white substance made from the sap of a rubber tree. It is completely organic and has thousands of air bubbles formed due to compression of whipped foam. The prime properties of latex are that it is bouncy, it is resilient to pressure and is super soft to feel.

Memory foam, also known as viscoelastic polyurethane foam, is a manmade material that was invented by NASA for cushioning aircraft seats. Its molecular composition responds to heat and weight, so it creates hugging-like contouring when you sleep on it. It also redistributes the weight when you lie on it, providing support to your shoulders, spine, and hips.
Yes, it is completely safe to use by everyone. Our hybrid structure makes sure that the memory foam feels well supported and well ventilated. Eventual wear and tear is expected over the years, which is why we recommend changing the mattress after 8-9 years.
